Part-Time Graphic Designer

This newly created position assists the Creative Director on all graphic design needs for five electronic and print magazine publications.  Tasks include design implementation for magazine spreads, page layouts, promotional sales tools, media kits, advertisements, web graphics/banners and signage.  This person must have a high attention to detail and be skilled and highly proficient with Adobe software products including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.  Part-time hours initially but this position could grow into more hours and potential.

 

Lakeside Account Manager

Our current territory manger of Lakeside Family Magazine has just hit the national publishing circuit and has been awarded with a publishing contract for her children’s book so we are looking for her replacement in the Lakeside Family Magazine territory - covering the area from St. Joseph to New Buffalo.  This position is responsible for increasing current sales and generating new business and advertising sales for primarily Lakeside Family Magazine special section and secondarily for Family Magazine (Michiana) and Sassy Magazine.  Tasks include cold calling, developing advertising campaigns and proposals, networking and developing sales promotions.  Attention to detail, great listening skills, persistence, professionalism and helping clients grow through positive media are all required of this manger’s role.  This position thrives via a goal-oriented personality with strong ambition and work ethic.

 

Michiana Account Manager
