Meditation from the Heart: Couples Massage Class

Valentine’s Day is a great day to celebrate the love between individuals and to show someone that you care about them.  Are you looking for a unique way to show your sweetheart just how much they mean to you?  Bring them out for a romantic evening of meditation and massage at the Elkhart Environmental Center.  On Wednesday, February 8th the staff for Ray of Light Holistic Health will get you in the romantic mood by leading couples in a romantic workshop focusing on strengthening the mind, body and relationship.  During this entirely hands-on program, couples will learn to meditate together.  Couples will then be guided in the art of reflexology and massage using massage tables.  Couples can enjoy all of this in a romantic atmosphere while enjoying refreshments and each others company.  The program begins at 5:30pm.  A $20 per couple donation is appreciated.  This workshop is for couples over 21 and space is limited.  Pre-registration is required.  To register or for more information please call 574-293-5070.  The Elkhart Environmental Center is located at 1717 E.
